This new hotel will be added to the other 29 Dreams Resorts & Spas already open.

What are the main amenities?
The Hyatt Vivid Grand Island will have 400 rooms and the Dreams Grand Island will have 616 rooms, a total of 1,016 rooms combined. Both buildings will be located next to each other, facing the beach.
Both properties will have rooms with incredible ocean views and unique decorations that will offer guests different experiences, but also allow them to access shared services and experiences seamlessly.

Combined, both all-inclusive resorts will offer guests 19 restaurants with specialty culinary experiences (Mexican, Japanese, Mediterranean, French, and more), multiple pools, a beach club, a spa with 25 treatment rooms, entertainment, and more.

Hyatt recently announced another new property in Mexico, not far from Cancun. The new Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres will open its doors later this year, with 509 rooms in a secluded paradise in Costa Mujeres.
